Blogs are playing an important role in business today. A blog is a way for a business to express themselves, share an idea, or educate customers via an online diary. Your blog or diary can be read by viewers on the World Wide Web by directly going to the blog url or using a reader. Our favorite reader is a free online application called Google Reader.
A blog reader allows a viewer to subscribe to many different blogs. Rather than surfing the internet and going to all your favorite sites, the reader centralizes all the information in one location. A blog reader is like being able to have a multiple newspapers from around the country filtered only on content you want to subscribe to. So in essence you don't need to look at content not important to you. Very effective!
